Features

Robust and minimalist exterior design
The overall structure is sleek, with a well-designed carriage head for smooth movement, ensuring high equipment stability and safety. The materials are carefully selected to balance robustness and lightweight construction, emphasizing simplicity and durability.
Effective 360° rotating arm cleaning
Computer-aided engineering (CAE) assisted simulation design optimizes the nozzle angles and poSITIons to prevent water flow collisions and maintain cleaning effectiveness. Intelligent vehicle distance estimation, along with safety collision protection, enables high-pressure water pre-wash, rinsing, and spraying of coating wax.
Strong corrosion resistance
The frame steel adopts Q235 international standard profiles with a thickness of 4mm. Surface treatment includes acid pickling, phosphating, and hot-dip galvanizing, providing strong corrosion resistance. The corrosion resistance is rated at level 10 according to the SGS salt spray test report.

High-pressure rinsing
