The JYT-B hot melt adhesive coater is suitable for the production of double-sided adhesive tapes, cloth tapes, double-sided foam tapes, cleaning tapes, kraft paper tapes, masking tapes, aluminum foil tapes, fiber tapes, adhesive tapes for footwear and medical auxiliary materials, low-temperature hot melt films. With fiber-reinforced adhesive spraying system, the coater is able for the combination of PE film and non-woven fabric, making it suitable for the production of filter materials, medical materials etc.

If the machine fails to dispense glue after startup, we recommend re-checking and ensuring that the glue tank, hoses, and nozzles have reached the correct operating temperature. Then, clean the filter and nozzles of the glue track for clogs. Also, confirm that the metering pump is functioning properly and the solenoid valves are in an open position.
