Twin Shaft Paddle Mixer
True to its name, the twin-shaft paddle mixer comes with two shafts along which paddles are sprouted. Available in a total of 8 models, the paddle blender offers a choice of mixing capacities starting from 100kg/b going well up to 6000kg/b.
Features of Twin-Shaft Paddle Mixer
1. Consists of a W-shaped horizontal trough and two shafts around which paddles are fitted.
2. A broad, open top comes equipped with a spraying system (hose and nozzle). As the material is tumbled in the feed mixer's trough, liquids spray out from the nozzle to prevent the material from clumping together.
3. Specially-designed discharge mechanism features a door providing a large opening angle for fast discharge of materials, leaving little residue behind. The discharge end is fully sealed during the blending process to prevent leakage.
4. Fast, uniform mixing. Materials are blended in a weightless environment, ensuring a uniform blend regardless of material fineness, density and loading/fill factor.
5. In addition to mixing animal feeds, the twin-shaft paddle mixer is also used in food, chemical engineering, fertilizer, pharmaceutical and other industries requiring the blending of powdery, lumpy, sticky, flaky or granular materials.
