Vertical sump pump for pumping abrasive and corrosive slurries

Vertical centrifugal slurry pump is immersed in the liquid and is used for conveying abrasive, coarse particle, and high-concentration slurry. It does not require any shaft seal or sealing water and can operate normally even under conditions of insufficient inlet pressure.
The components are available in two types: wear-resistant metal or rubber lining. The rubber lining is suitable for conveying highly corrosive slurry. Therefore, the submerged slurry pump has the advantages of long service life for vulnerable parts, large particle size for flow passage, convenient maintenance, low operating costs, and high reliability.

Applications

HC-V series slurry pump is suitable for coal preparation, chemical processing, wastewater treatment, sand and gravel applications, and is particularly suitable for slurry transportation in flotation, concentration, flue gas desulfurization, and process feed circuits.
