QT6-15 concrete block machine is low investment equipment with high efficiency; it only requires 3 or 4 operators and can produce different types of blocks such as hollow blocks, floor blocks, municipal pavement blocks and etc.

Features:

The forced synchronous vibration system can adjust the vibration excitation force through frequency conversion technology and make use of rigid transmission to ensure accurate synchronization, less energy consumption and better excitation effect without kinetic energy loss.
It adopts vertical synchronous vibration technology for fast molding speed and high quality products.
The production line adopts Siemens touchscreen interface control system to realize remote control from automatic batching to finished product palletizing in the whole process, which also has system upgrading, fault diagnosis functions and etc.
One machine can be multi-purpose and moulds can be changed to produce different types of products, such as municipal pavement bricks, water conservancy and hydraulic brick products and hollow blocks, and so on.
