The production of this glass mosaic tile adopts a fusion method which uses quartz sand, feldspar, limestone, soda ash, a coloring agent and an emulsifier. All of these materials go through a high temperature melting shaft rolling or flat rolling process to make the high whiteness float glass. Then the glass is treated with a high temperature glazing or hand painting process to form the finished tile.
