Performance Features
1. The JGM737G-II high-dump bucket loader is designed with ultra long wheel base, frame with articulation in the middle and box-type structure, allowing for strong bearing capacity of frame and good working stability.
2. The working device of single rocker arm Z-form reversal mechanism is optimized through the computer analysis to guarantee large breakout force.
3. The automatic flat system for the working device is available with short action cycling time and high working efficiency.
4. The high-dump bucket loader exploits the integral quenched cutting plate reinforced bucket which has higher strength, durability and longer service lifetime.
5. The design of centered arrangement for articulated position, small turning radius and overlapped tracks of front and rear tyres effectively prolongs the service lifetime of the tyre.
6. The hydraulic system of the product takes usage of single pump shunt technology featuring fuel efficiency and good dynamic property.
7. Owing to the full hydraulic coaxial flow amplifying steering system, the high-dump bucket loader can realize steering flexibly, reliably and easily.
8. The high-level free maintenance accumulator of Johnson Controls is introduced for service to keep stable and reliable working of the product.
