1. UL Marking

2. Ensured Quality
a. The incoming quality control (IQC) is implemented for lacquered wire,silicon steel, rubber core / bobbin, polyester film / Mylar tape, terminalblock, fuse / temperature switch / current limiting tube, lead wire andother hardwires to make sure that these components meet relevant standards, andthis is very important for the final product quality.
b. The in-process quality control (IPQC) should be in accordance withengineering drawings and inspection files, and its aim is to make sure that thequality of this American standard toroidal transformer is correctly measured and evaluated during manufacturing process.
c. The sampling inspection mainly contains three items which are appearanceinspection, dimensional inspection and compatibility inspection.
d. The type test is intended to make sure that the product quality meetsrelevant standards continuously. The samples for this testare randomly selected from all the qualified products, and the test shouldconform to corresponding rules. In addition, the test item includes temperaturerise, thermal cutoff current, short circuit condition, temperature rise in thecase of overload, etc.
3. High Efficiency and Low TemperatureRise
Our product is formed by winding high quality cold rolled silicon steel sheet,and advanced annealing treatment is also applied. In addition, the core loss isusually about 10%.
