Many heavy-duty pressing applications require the use of the hydraulic cylinder. They include the hydraulic press for grindstone forming, hydraulic press for powder metallurgy, universal hydraulic press, four-, six-, or single-column hydraulic press, H-frame hydraulic press, and more.
In addition to the expert workmanship, we also own a line of industrial-leading equipment for hydraulic press manufacturing. Our factory is outfitted with over 70 sets of metal fabrication equipment. Among them, there are 24 sets of heavy-duty equipment, 1 imported internal honing machine, 2 imported external honing machines, and several testing devices. At the hermetic painting workshop, high-pressure airless sprayers are used to apply coating to the piston surface. Their combined coating capacity is over 200 square meters per day.
