Strict quality control systems are in place to ensure each step of cylinder manufacturing process is under control. The submerged-arc welding technology is applied to the joint between the flange and cylinder barrel so that a tight seal can be formed. In order to assure the quality of weld, the whole welding process will be closely monitored.
General Flow of Welding Process
Preparation---Pre-heating to Temperatures between 250°C and 300°C---Spot Welding with CO2---Submerged Arc Welding---Slow Cooling under the Cover of Asbestos Blanket---Weld Quality Inspection---Ceramic Coating
