Semi-automatic Dough Divider and Rounder
I. Product Features
1. The dough divider and rounder is semi-automatic.
2. The dividing and rounding of the dough can be finished at the same time.
3. The dough can be averagely divided into 30 pieces. Each piece of the divided dough is completely separated from others.

VI. Operating Instruction
1. The indicator light is on when the air switch and the power switch 3 are turned on.
2. The semi-automatic dough divider and rounder shall be operated without adding dough firstly to check if there is any noise or blockage.
3. If the machine is newly purchased or is left unused for a long time, please clean the machine and the trays before using. A piece of dough weighed 2kg may be used to check if the machine can work normally.
4. Put the dough in the plastic tray.
5. Then the tray with dough shall be put in the device for rounding. Please make it sure that the hole is exactly directed at the bolt of the column.
6. Before starting the operation of the dough divider and rounder, please adjust the lever for dough weight first. If you want the single dough weighting 80g, adjust the lever to scale 8. Accordingly, the lever shall be adjusted to scale 5 if the single dough weigh is 50g.
7. When the adjustment is finished, please press down the pillar to compress the dough so that the dough can be averagely divided.
8. Turn the handle to the right with your left hands and compress the pillar.
9. Then release the pillar to have the machine head 1mm from the plate. Then, adjust the rolling handle to the lower right.
10. Reposition the pillar, tidy up the components for diving and take the tray out of the machine. The processing is finished.
11. Turn off the red power switch and the air switch. Please keep the machine clean when it is left unused.
