KH Series Four Point Contact Ball Bearing
1. Description
The KH series four point contact ball bearing has rectangular cross section and its outer diameter ranges from 16 to 37 inches, i.e., 400 to 950 mm. Capable of providing precision positioning and high repeatability, this series of slewing ring bearing is suitable for occasions of continuous rotation, intermittent rotation, and oscillating movement.
2. Features
a. Designed with deep groove raceway, this ball bearing can withstand pure radial force and thrust, torque load, as well as mixed load.
b. Preloading in the inner ring imparts higher stiffness to the four point contact bearing.
c. The precisely controlled radial and axial runout tolerances provides the deep groove ball bearing with high precision.
d. Spacer blocks are used to maintain the gap between balls. This can reduce friction and noise to the greatest extent.
e. Perfect sealing helps discharge contaminants.
f. KH series four point contact ball bearing is divided into 3 types, internal tooth type, external tooth type, and no tooth type. Involute full height teeth are used and the pressure angle is 20°. The permissible backlash is smaller, so the positioning accuracy is higher and the noise produced during running is also lower.
