XQ28/1.8Y Sucker Rod Tongs
The XQ28/1.8Y sucker rod tongs bring together the master tongs and backup tongs into a whole.
Powered by a hydraulic motor, the master tongs can deliver high torque at a low speed. A manually operated directional control valve is directly coupled to the motor so that the whole motor assembly can have a compact, lightweight, and simplified structure.
By operating the said directional control valve, the backup tongs can synchronize the movement of clamping or lossening with the master tongs.
Both the master tongs and backup tongs are of negative camber roll climbing two-way clamping mechanism. To reverse the rotation of our sucker rod tongs, users only need to turn around the knobs on them. Fast change of tong ties adapts the tongs to a specific sucker rod or tubing size.
The transmission system of our sucker rod tongs offers two different gear ratios. The higher gear ratio produces faster speed while the lower ratio generates more torque. Convenient gear shift ensures high working efficiency.
