Model NJY/YT is a smart torque regulation system that has been widely used on various tubing and casing power tongs. Real-time monitoring and control of the tubing and casing make-up process guarantees the quality in assembly work. User-friendly interface, powerful data gathering and control functions, and real-time display of torques, rotational speeds, and torque curve allow users to easily set the parameters necessary to get the job done, thereby achieving precise torque and rotational speed control and evaluation.

Features
1. Real-time measuring of torques, rotating speeds, and number of torque turns. The measurement data is collected via a wireless or wired device and sent to the intelligent torque controller protector and portable computer.
2. The torque level at which casing make-up process is carried out is adjustable to suit individual applications. When the torque value reaches the upper limit, the relay of the torque control system would activate the overflow valve for decreasing the torque while simultaneously setting off the alarm bell.
3. After the casing assembly work is done, parameters will be analyzed and compared against the preset values for torque and torque turn. Customers are also allowed to input the recommended parameters and explanatory note, or they can select their own parameters.
4. This computerized torque control system can automatically pick up previously used parameters for casing assembly process.
5. Process parameter variations are presented in real time and in the form of a curve.
6. After the job is completed, this torque control system would produce a detailed work report and analysis report. All the data would also be stored in a file.
7. An auxiliary operator is needed to check the precise torque and rotational speed measured by the control system, and record the data accordingly.
