Features of Nitrogen Tire Inflator
1. Before inflating a tire, the operator ought to input the setting pressure in accordance with the tire model.
1) If the original pressure within the tyre is lower than 0.8kg, the “REFILL” button should be pressed to start inflating the tyre.
2) If its original pressure is higher than 0.8kg, the QY7000 nitrogen tire inflator can automatically identify the pressure and begin inflation.
3) The device will intelligently stop working once the pressure reaches the set value.
2. To effectively prolong the dwell time of inflated tyre, our nitrogen tire inflator applies the adjustable over pressure setting (OPS) function. After used for a short time, an inflated tire easily dilates, and the space within the tire will increase, leading to insufficient tire pressure. Our OPS function is able to realize pre-expansion and cut the expansion rate of tyre in use. The detailed operational approach is to input the setting pressure (e.g. 6kg), select the OPS function and then increase the input pressure value slightly (e.g. increasing 1.5kg). The inflator may inflate the tire until reaching the higher pressure value (namely 7.5kg), and automatically deflate it to achieve the proper pressure (namely 6kg).
3. The nitrogen tire inflator is provided with the adjustable nitrogen purification and inflation cycle (N2PT) function to strengthen the OPS function by raising pre-expansion frequency. With the maximum inflation cycle of 6 times, the function helps to minimize expansion rate and maximize nitrogen purity. For example, an operator inputs 6kg setting pressure, chooses the OPS inflating method, adds 1.5kg, selects N2PT mode, and sets the inflation cycle as 2 times. In that way, the instrument may automatically blow up a tyre until the tyre pressure arrives 7.5kg, and blow off nitrogen to the pressure of 6kg. Then it will reinflate the tyre to 7.5kg and deflate it to 6kg.
4. Fitted with 4 high pressure hoses, the nitrogen tire inflator is capable of pumping up 4 tires at a time.
5. The set values of tire inflation machine may automatically return to zero after starting up.
6. There are 2 LED display screens on its operation panel, which may show the tire pressure and various operation modes.
7. After the operator inputting modes, it will automatically carry out all the settings.
8. This nitrogen tyre inflation system will perform automatic diagnosis and report failures, if there is some problems resulting in abnormal operation. The failure report may be displayed in the form of error codes. The operator can look for the error code as well as corresponding troubleshooting information on the user manual.
