Rotary Kiln
Cement experts can not be too familiar with the rotary kiln, which is merely a rotating drum that isset at a slight angle to the horizontal. This seemingly simple set-up, however,is often thought of as the heart of cement plant.
A rotary kiln is commonly used to produce cement clinker. It plays a criticalrole in the dry process of cement manufacture. The process taking place in a cement kiln is raterstraightforward, that is, to bring the fine powdered limestone and clay to hightemperatures for calcination.
We have been supplyingcement professionals with high-quality rotary kiln for more than 5 decades. With a production ability of 1000 to 5000 tons per day, our cement kiln canmeet your daily needs on the cement production line while consuming littlepower and delivering high stability.

Advantages
1. High Energy Efficiency
To control the kiln’s axial motion, the hydraulic thrust device isused. High-precision metering pump, flow control valve, and graphite seal arealso utilized to ensure high energy efficiency.
2. Widespread Applications
This cement kiln is widely used in building material, metallurgy, environmentalprotection, and chemical applications.
Working Principle
Cement raw material is fed into the upper end of the kiln. As the kiln isrotated, the material moves slowly down the kiln through a
Fuel is injected into the drum from its lower end. As the fuel is burned in thedrum chamber, a large amount of heat is produced to sinter the cement rawmaterials. As hot air keeps rising along the drum chamber, it ends up beingemitted to the atmosphere via the chimney.
Structure
The rotary kiln is made of drum, support bearing, hydraulic thrust device, transmission, movable kiln head, kiln end seal, and pulverized coal injection device. Thekiln body is slightly inclined to the horizontal, and is supported by hydraulicthrust roller and roller bearing.
To ensure proper functioning of the kiln even when the main power supply is cutoff, we add auxiliary drive to the kiln that prevents kiln deformation.Advanced technologies ensure reliable seal at both lower and upper ends of thekiln.
