Background
Today, the flexible printed circuit board (FPC board) market increasingly requires for more complex shape and earlier delivery date. The traditional processing technology uses machining method to open window on covering film and process shapes, which is unable to meet the market requirements. Complex shape processing has higher requirement on molds, thus extending the already long mold opening time. So, Tianhong Laser specially designed this laser cutting machine for flexible printed board.

Introduction
1. The machine can cut directly according to CAD data, which is more convenient and can significantly shorten the delivery time.
2. It is designed to have the co-movement mechanism of galvo scanning and linear motor 2D platform. So complex shape and tortuous path will not make the processing more difficult.
3. Vector is used to describe the path of a laser walk. Such laser system can cut out neat silhouette edge without glitch or excess glue that is hard to remove after lamination and damages the quality of plating.
4. The laser cutting machine for flexible printed board integrates various optical, electrical and machinery high technologies, such as the CNC technology, laser technology, and the software technology.
