1. Based on the market demand andlatest technological design, the YIHUA-1000A, YIHUA-1000B infrared BGA rework station isintegrated with the far infrared light, preheater, as well as soldering and hotair desoldering BGA rework stations.
2. It is made with the humanizationdesign. The infrared soldering uses the latest security probe to real-timetrack the surface temperature of soldering IC, thus to avoid the solderingparts damage caused by high temperature. This equipment offers an extremelygood security application.
3. The hot air gun uses Samsungmicro control chip PID procedures based on the high-speed 100ms forperiodically real-time tracking and correcting the temperature of air gun airinlet and iron tips. The temperature is highly stable.
4. Iron handle of the BGA reworkstation adopts the high-temperature resistant silicone wire. The silicone wirehas no damage within 30 seconds when contacting with the iron tips of 300℃.
6. The equipment comes with the -50 ℃ to 50 ℃temperature compensation function. The infrared light has a 5-80 poweradjustment function.
7. Additionally, it has the ℉/℃ conversionfunction, to meet different customers’ needs.
