PLD series concrete batcher is a batching device that applies a hopper or belt conveyor for materials loading. It can be used with cement silo or other equipment. On average, it weighs 2 to 4 kinds of aggregate. Users can use this concrete batching equipment in conjunction with blenders and other metering equipment to form an automatic or semi-automatic mixing station.
The concrete batcher effectively mixes cement, sand, stones, and other materials in an accurate proportion. It is equipped with an electronic weighing which is conductive to highly accurate weighing. According to the actual application, top panel of our concrete batching machine can be lowered or removed for dramatically decreasing the labor intensity needed by feeding system.
