Product Introduction
Our company offers bolted type cement silo which is manufactured in various capacities (measuring unit is ton). It can be fast installed by bolting many flaky parts. This type of cement storage container is commonly used to store all kinds of bulk materials such as grain, cement, pulverized fuel ash, etc. It is delicately designed to handle difficulties in export encasing, on-site silo making, transferring in construction site, over height and over width transporting, etc. The discharge height ranges from 1.96m to 4.2m and it can also be customized on the basis of requirements of users.

Structure
The cement silo comes with cylindrical structure and there are four tube legs under its bottom for supporting the silo. The entire silo is welded by steel and is equipped with ladder, guardrail, feeding pipe, dust collector, pressure relief valve, level gage, arch breaker (blower), discharge valve, etc.

Working Principle
1. When the cement storage container is going to work, it must be firstly erected by specialized crane and then placed on the pre-built concrete base. If the vertical degree of the erected silo is qualified after being checked, it can be firmly welded on the base.
2. After being firmly fixed, the cement silo will be transported to construction site by bulk cement truck. During the transportation, the conveying pipeline of the truck will be connected to the feeding pipe of the silo. And then the cement will be conveyed into the silo by gas pressure.
3. During the process of cement conveying, the operator should continuously start vibration motor to shake off the cement attached on the bag of the dust collector, so as to prevent the bag from being blocked and avoid the risk of silo explosion.
4. Once the bag is blocked, internal pressure will exceed the safe pressure of safety valve on the top of the silo. Then the safety valve will open to relieve pressure to avoid explosion.
5. The cement silo is equipped with a level gage which can help check whether the container is full or starving.
6. When it is required to discharge the cement, the manual discharge valve at the bottom of the silo should be opened firstly, and the cement will be transported to mixing equipment via cement conveyor such as screw conveyor. During the course of discharging, if arch camber occurs, arch breaker should be started in time by pressing the button of magnetic valve to blow the arch to be flat, thus ensuring smooth transportation of the cement.
7. When the screw conveyor breaks down, the manual discharge valve should be primarily closed to avoid wasting.
