The JZM series concrete mixer is a mobile concrete mixing machine. It is designed with a hoisting hopper for feeding materials and a mixing drum which turns clockwise to mix and anticlockwise to discharge. The feeding hopper is driven by taper motor and the drum is driven by gear set. Up and down movement of the hopper as well as positive and negative rotation of the drum are all controlled by an electric device. Capacity of the mixing drum ranges from 0.35m³ to 0.75m³ and every mixing cycle lasts 100s.
This series concrete mixer with simple structure features high efficiency, excellent mixing quality, high automation, stable performance, easy operation, etc. It is usually used to mix and produce plastic and pasty concrete. According to these characteristics, this concrete mixing equipment is suitable for common constructional engineering, road and bridge construction project, as well as medium-sized and small concrete parts factory.
