The MGV010A series rising stem gate valve belongs to a metal seated wedge type sluice valve with a single disc. It can be applied under severe operating conditions in a variety of industrial fields.

Overall Design
1. The gate valve performs well in reasonable design, compact structure, easy installation and good rigidity.
2. When the sanitary valve is opened wide, its flow resistance coefficient is small, and its channel is unhindered and linear. Pressure loss or turbulent flow will not occur, and its sealing surface is not readily corroded by media.
3. Manufactured from stainless steel or bronze, the sealing surface enjoys long useful life.
4. Due to small torque, the gate valve is easy to open and close.
5. With the help of two-way sealing design, the flow direction of media is not restricted.
6. The product can be operated by the handle, worm gear or the electric actuator.
7. During the opening or closing of valve, its stem will not move up and down, which saves installation space.

Features
1. Valve Body
The body is precisely cast in nodular cast iron or WCB. Its sealing surface has undergone finish machining, which guarantees good sealing performance, avoids possible scratch caused by irregular surface and prolongs the working life of gate valve. The connecting bolts are made of high-tensile stainless steel to enhance anti-corrosion property.
2. Valve Disc
The wedge disc follows a forced sealing design to ensure stable performance. To realize zero leakage, its sealing surface has received special polishing treatment.
3. Valve Stem
With corrosion resistance, the high-strength stainless steel stem is fitted with precise nuts to make sure the disc operates smoothly.
4. Valve Actuator
Available actuators are the hand wheel, lengthening bar, gear case, etc.
