    Overall Design
    1. On the basis of lugged structure, the RBV020 series resilient seated butterfly valve adopts two-way sealing to ensure zero leakage.
    2. The full rubber-lined seat is capable of entirely separating the valve body from internal media. Therefore, it can handle corrosive media.
    3. Its dry stem design makes sure that the stem is totally isolated from media within a pipeline.
    4. With small operating torque and light weight, the product is easy to install and maintain.
    5. Owing the full bore design, the discharge coefficient is largely improved, realizing efficient flow of media.

    Features
    1. Body

    With the lugged design, the monoblock body of butterfly valve can be applied in pipeline wafer installation or pipeline end installation. The upper flange achieves ISO5211 standard and allows for the installation of manual, pneumatic or electric actuator.

    2. Disc
    It makes use of high-strength casting. Its edge has been machined into spherical surface. With small operating torque and long useful life, the disc has undergone manual polishing, nylon spraying or rubber coating treatment. The streamlined design helps to reduce flow resistance, increase Cv value and enhance pressure recovery capability.

    3. Seat
    Its groove-style structure is conducive to small torque value. Due to an integrated waterline on the seat, the seat of butterfly valve may be mounted directly without flange gasket. It is specially designed for the loose flange or welded flange.

    4. Stem
    1) The single-stem without pin or double-stem without pin design is available in line with your demands. The joint between a disc and a stem has received precision processing, so as to eliminate linkage delay phenomenon. All the joint designs focus on maximum strength.
    2) According to double-stem without pin, to drive a disc, a flat or square stem end is connected to the disc without the help of screws or pins.

    5. Stem Sleeve
    Anti-corrosive phenolic or PTFE sleeves are able to absorb lateral thrust. You can also choose brass sleeves.

    6. Blow-out Proof Design
    A locating ring is installed between a processed stem groove and an upper seal, which maintains stem positioning even when an internal fault accidentally occurs.

    7. Primary Seal and Secondary Seal
    1) The primary seal of butterfly valve is achieved through the prepressing contact between the disc shoulder and the internal surface of seat.
    2) The secondary seal is acquired through the interference fit between the stem and seat holes.
    3) The butterfly valve employs the self-adjusting triple O-shape seal design, ensuring two-way sealing and stopping foreign substances from accessing the stem cavity.
    8. Valve Actuator Installation
    The butterfly valve is designed on the basis of modular concept. Its actuator falls into handle, worm reducer, pneumatic actuator and electric actuator. They may be easily fixed on the product without bracket, which minimizes error and overall height.

    9. Applicable Temperature
    There are various seat material options, enabling this sanitary valve to be applied at all kinds of working temperature.

    10. Material
