    Introduction
    The RBV020-S-PN25 series is our self-developed wafer resilient seated butterfly valve. It is able to work under PN25 working pressure.Owing to the unique design, our flow control device exceeds the standard pressure limit of traditional like products whose maximum pressure is PN16. With long service life and reasonable price, it performs well under medium pressure.

    It has passed the seal test and body strength test whose pressures are respectively 1.5 times and 5 times the working pressure, which fully verifies its reliable design and stable performance.

    Features
    1. Compatibility

    Its upper flange is made in accordance with ISO5211 international standard. It can be directly and easily mounted with a handle, a worm gear, a pneumatic actuator or an electric actuator. The flange allows installation without bracket on the spot, reducing errors and overall height.

    2. Two-way Sealing
    Due to zero leakage, the butterfly valve can be used to isolate or regulate gas. It is easy to install without flow direction limitation.

    3. Full Rubber-lined Seat
    With the help of the seat, the body is entirely isolate from media within a pipeline. Therefore, different from other valve bodies demanding expensive anti-corrosive materials, our body only employs standard corrosion-proof materials, which dramatically cuts cost.

    4. Dry Stem Design
    On the basis of dry stem design, the stem is absolutely separated from media.

    5. Small Operation Torque
    The operation torque is greatly reduced because of the polished sealing surface of disc, as well as the interference fit between a disc and a seat, which facilitates operation. The actuator is convenient and efficient.

    6. Easy Installation and Replacement
    1) The butterfly valve comes with light weight, small size and easy installation.
    2) If you want to disassemble the throttle valve, just extract the stem from the disc.

    7. Full Bore Structure
    The structure increases discharge coefficient and reduces flow loss.

    8. Disc
    1) The thickened high-strength disc makes sure that the butterfly valve is able to bear PN25 working pressure and successfully block media. The streamlined dumbbell-shaped design improves strength, maximizes flow coefficient and minimizes flow resistance.
    2) Its edge has been processed into sphere and polished by hand, so as to achieve desired interference fit between the spherical surfaces of disc and seat, which is conducive to reliable sealing, small torque and long useful life. We can also supply a mirror polishing disc to achieve greater performance.
    3) The outer diameter clearance is suitable for connecting to all kinds of standard pipes.

    9. Seat
    1) Our self-developed groove-style spherical seat contributes to reliable sealing.
    2) A spherical sealing ring is placed in the middle of the seat. To realize sealing, the operator can make the disc within the ring.
    3) There are double waterlines on both ends of the seat. When the butterfly valve is clamped in the pipeline, the air in the waterline grooves is squeezed out to produce a vacuum absorption effect, which makes the connection sealing between valve and pipe more reliable.

    10. Blow-Out Proof Device
    1) The device consists of a U-shape shaft retaining ring and an upper gland fastened by screws. It effectively prevents possible axial float and stem blow-out.
    2) Made of martensitic stainless steel, the butterfly valve has received annealing treatment. Due to the single-stem without pin design, its stem has not reducer,circlip groove or other slots, effectively guaranteeing high strength of stem and avoiding potential leaking points caused by pin connection.
    3) The spline stem and discbring about great integration. The accurately processed spline joint ensures effective coordination of stem and disc, as well as the transmission of driving torque.

    11. Stem Sleeve
    The brass sleeves have self-lubricant effect and are able to absorb lateral thrust, providing extra supporting for the stem.

    12. Body
    On the basis of the integrated casting structure, the body is made of high-strength nodular cast iron, so as to satisfy the demands for body strength. The butterfly valve is available with wafer-type or lugged-type body. It supports clamping connection in the middle of a pipe or threaded connection in the end of a pipe. It has passed 38Bar sealing test and 125Bar body strength test.
