Universal Grinder
Overview
The entire set of universal grinder is composed of pulverizer, material collecting container and dust collector. It is characterized by simple structure, high robustness, stable operation, excellent grinding effect as well as no dust explosion, widely applied to medicine, pesticide, food, grain and chemical engineering industries.
Ground materials can be directly discharged out of grinding chamber. By changing mesh screen of different apertures, you can obtain ground materials with different particle sizes.
This universal grinding machine makes use of high-quality 30B stainless steel. The inner wall of machine housing is elaborately processed with high smoothness. Hence, medicine, food or chemicals production by using our universal grinder can completely conform to the requirements of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
Working Principle
After entering grinding chamber, materials are cut, ground, and abraded under the actions of mutual collision as well as intermeshing of high-speed rotary movable fluted disc and fixed fluted disc. Then, after filtrated by the mesh screen of the grinding equipment, the ground materials will be discharged with high fineness. The entire workflow of our universal grinder is impeccable.
