Overview
The YBM 6-12KV prefabricated substation is a new-type device playing an important role in electrical generation, transmission, and distribution system. It not only enables power transformation, switching on and off, power control and compensation as traditional power substations, but also boasts merits like small floor area, easy assembly, stable operation, convenient movement, less investment, etc. Hence, it has been widely used in factories, mines, ports, airports, construction sites, roads, urban public building, centralized residence communities and other places.

Our prefabricated substation ranges from 6kV to 12kV, applicable for AC 50Hz, below 1600KVA power systems. It is comprised of high-voltage cabinet, low-voltage switchboard, transformer and housing. We adopt self-developed vacuum circuit breaker cabinet, SF6 load switch cabinet, vacuum load switch cabinet or air-compression load switch cabinet as the high-voltage cabinet which is also configured with earthing device and mechanical interlocking system, featured by long life, less maintenance and high safety.

This transformer station makes use of our GCK low voltage drawout switchboard or GGD low voltage distribution switchboard, and also utilizes S9 sealed oil-immersed transformer or epoxy cast dry transformer. Therefore, the entire system is economical, safe and reliable. In addition, the housing combines beauty and practicability, meeting protection requirements.

Service Conditions
Our prefabricated substation should be used under following conditions:
1. Ambient temperature: -25°C to 40°C
Average temperature within 24 hours: ≤ 35°C
2. Altitude (for indoor use): ≤2500m
3. Seismic intensity: ≤Magnitude 8
4. Applicable place: There is no shock, impact, flammable and combustible article, or corrosive hazard.

Features
1. This electrical substation comes with demountable housing roof, the door and side boards of which are made from composite steel bending and welding techniques. Rock wool is sandwiched in composite steel. The housing roof also adopts this construction mode, reducing solar radiation and guaranteeing good radiating effect.

2. The base of our prefabricated substation is made of U steel via welding and integrated with the whole frame, which is a fundamental component for fixed box-type electrical equipment.

3. After pre-processing, the housing is spray coated with special anti-corrosive base and surface paint, thus boasting strong corrosion resistance. The housing can be made of aluminum alloy plate if required.

4. The interior of our electricity substation is divided into three separate units according to different functions, including high-voltage cabinet, transformer cabinet and low-voltage cabinet. Meanwhile, there are 4 flying rings at the corners of housing roof, and hoisting angle shouldn’t be more than 30 degrees.

5. Effective and reliable ventilation and heat dissipation system is applied to our prefabricated substation. For the product suitable for less than 315KVA power system, natural ventilation (shutters are designed) is recommended. For the product fit for more than 400KVA power system, temperature controlled automatic exhaust device is equipped.

6. Cooling fan is installed at both ends of dry-type transformer bottom for forced cooling. Meanwhile, the operation of cooling fan is controlled by temperature controller with over temperature alarm.

7. Cable inlet and outlet are available.

8. Each cabinet of this prefabricated substation is designed with perfect control system, indicating device and lighting system. Besides, the housing and all electrical elements respectively meet IP23 and IP33 protection level.
