Screened Separable Connector (Elbow Type, 25kV/200A)
Description
The KLJC-2 25kV/200A screened separable connector is a separable elbow connector molded utilizing high-quality EPDM insulation. It is a commonly used separable connector to connect underground cable to transformer, switchgear, cable branch box, RMU (ring main unit), box-type substation and the other electrical equipment for insulated and screened protection.
Structured by internal shielding layer, insulating layer and external shielding layer, this shielded connector adopts extrusion-type installation technology, which greatly improves sealing effect. Besides, the dedicated silicone grease coated on the internal surface of the screened cable connector makes installation much easier.
Applications of the Screened Separable Connector
1. This 25kV/200A screened separable connector is suitable for 25kV single core cable or three-core XLPE cable with 35-400mm2 conductor sectional area. Copper or aluminum conductor can be used.
2. It also can be connected to cables with extrusion-type shielding structure or with other kinds of shielding layer.
3. Excellent insulating and sealing performances make this shielded elbow-type connector withstand seriously polluted and highly humid environments.
