Incorporating high speed and high precision, our FG20 UV flatbed printer is the first choice for medium and large scale enterprises. With 5-20 Ricoh grayscale piezoelectric print heads, it enables 5-color print with 720×1200 dpi high definition image quality at a speed of 60m²/h (6 pass). Hence, large-volume production can be completed efficiently.

Material positioning is perfect, no matter the material is hard or flexible. This attributes to dual-grinding precision lead screw motion control system. Repeat positioning accuracy of this digital inkjet printer reaches 0.02mm×0.02mm.

Ideal for production mode of 24h×7 days, our UV flatbed printer is one-man operated, user-friendly and labor saving. Materials of 100mm thick can firmly be held in place due to super strong vacuum absorption mechanism. In addition, flatbed printing in white ink or gloss paint mode is also optionally available.

6. Cost Saving
Common inkjet printers change image color by means of adding light color ink, and thereby ink usage amount is relatively large. By contrast, our UV flatbed printer takes advantage of VSDT (variable sized droplet technology), and can realize 4-color printing by using grayscale print heads. The effect is just same as 6-color printing effect when grayscale print heads is not used.
