SY-12 Horizontal Pneumatic Shock Test Machine
The SY-12 horizontal pneumatic shock test machine is referred to a horizontal impact tester. It is primarily used to simulate shock environments for the horizontal emission test of irreversible optoelectronic systems and elongated goods.
Functions and Features
1. By adoption of longitudinal impact technology, the horizontal pneumatic shock test machine offers small high-frequency clutter and high stiffness in the longitudinal direction.
2. Dependable pneumatic brake technology allows the horizontal pneumatic shock test machine to avoid the secondary rebound of the table.
3. All power is derived from a low-pressure cylinder, providing advantages such as high safety, high reliability, and easy maintenance.
4. A gas-liquid buffer device is specially designed for a large-sized horizontal shock tester. It will not only enormously reduce the shock suffered by base and ground, but also extend the service life of the equipment.
5. The expansion cylinder is a fast and convenient actuating element with superb impact repeatability. It allows shock overload value to be controlled by adjusting air pressure.
6. The integration of shock-tester control and measurement gives convenience for operation and measurement.
