Waterproof UV Modules
The waterproof UV modules are mainly designed to work in water or other liquids, because a quartz sleeve is placed outside the linear germicidal lamp to offer protection against water, and an anti-vibration pad is also used at one end to facilitate operation.
Feature
1. Our submersible germicidal module is a combination of germicidal UV lamp and quartz sleeve. Hence, after installation, it can be connected to power supply for direct use.
2. Thanks to the unique sealing technique, excelling waterproof performance is obtained. Moreover, the special anti-vibration design significantly reduces damaging risk of quartz sleeve.
3. The germicidal UV lamp inside conforms to CE and RoHS requirements, and matching ballast could be provided as well.
Application
The water proof UV module is suitable for water tanks, water buckets and other water treatment equipment, and it is primarily used to process water with a temperature range of 5-50°C. For water storage tank or other places that people will come into contact with frequently, a safety circuit or corresponding device, such as leakage protector, should be installed.
Aside from water treatment, this UV germicidal device, especially the ozone generating type, is commonly used in waste gas treatment system and other air handling units.
