Jib Crane
Applications
The jib crane is fit for material lifting in circular areas with a fixed center. It is mainly used for lifting and shifting goods at workstations. It suits for a variety of places, from small workshops to large assembly lines, from plants to ports. It even can be found in nuclear power plants.
Technical Features
1. The European low headroom design is adopted to maximize the space utilization. If space allows, you can also use cranes that occupies larger area with the hook stretched.
2. It has light structure in line with European standard FEM1.001 A4. It reduces stress on the building while keeping good operational stability.
3. An adjustable console bearing is adopted to make the girder adjustment simple and precise. There is no need to disassemble the lifting machine in the adjustment process, thus saving the suspension time.
4. The machine has large effective coverage, and can be moved easily as a whole.
5. High-strength, high-precision girder improves security by minimizing the likeliness of unexpected running. You can also operate the pulley and jib more easily with it. The jib crane can effectively protect the building and equipment from damages, and protect operators from injuries.
6. The standard component is electric chain hoist. The chain hoist pendant control station has a circuit breaker and a separate emergency stop button for better security.
7. The maximum lifting capacity is 3t and the maximum jib length is 8m.
