Application
The BTA is a white needle-like crystal that can be processed into big flakes, small pieces of granules, columns, fine granules and powders. The BTA is widely used as UV-resistant or anti-static additive, photographic anti-fogging agent, emulsifying mordant, PVC foam inhibitor, analytical reagent, copper flotation agent and metal corrosion inhibitor for polymer materials, such as the anti-rust agent, antifreeze liquid, oil antioxidant (various lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, brake oil, transformer oil), emulsifiers, water stabilizer, polyamide, and the polyester.

BTA-S

Application
The BTA-S can form a thin film on the metal surface to protect copper, brass, bronze and other metals from corrosion. The migration of copper ions can catalyze aluminum and iron corrosion. Adding traces of BTA-S can prevent the migration of copper ions in cold water. In heat transfer medium, the copper ions can cause pitting corrosion of aluminum. Added the BTA-S to circulating water can prevent the copper ions from catalyzing the oxidation of glycol to form ethylene acid which causes severe corrosion.

Therefore, the BTA-S corrosion inhibitor is widely used in solar energy conversion systems, nuclear reactors and cooling systems of power plant boilers, automotive engines and combustion engines. When used with other inhibitors, a synergistic effect can be achieved to enhance the inhibition.

Application
The MBT-Na is a copper corrosion inhibitor for circulating cooling water systems. The corrosion inhibition is achieved by a chemical adsorption with active copper atoms or copper ions on the surface of copper, and chelation thus occurs to form a dense and strong protective film, protecting the copper device. The dosage is usually 4mg/L. The MBT-Na can also be used as a plasticizer and an acidic copper luminosity agent.

Application
The pure TTA is white granule or powder, a mixture of 4-Methyl-1H-benzotriazole and 5-Methyl-1H-benzotriazole. It is mainly used as corrosion inhibitor for metals such as silver, copper, lead, nickel, zinc, etc. It is widely used in anti-rust oil (grease) categories of products.

The TTA is a common vapor phase anti-corrosion agent for copper and copper alloys, lubricant additive, circulating water treatment agent and automobile antifreeze liquid. It is also available for a compound use with a variety of scale inhibitors, biocides and algicides, which is especially effective for closed loop cooling water systems.

Application
The hydrochloric acid corrosion inhibitor is an imidazoline product. It can inhibit the acid corrosion in metal pickling. The cleaning medium should be hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, or sulfamic acid. The substrate of the object to be cleaned should be ferrous metal. It is applicable to the pickling of various pressure boilers, large-scale equipment and pipes. A 1-3 ‰ dosage of this product has a maximum corrosion rate of 1g/m2 • h in acid liquid.

This product should be mixed with the 5-10% hydrochloric acid in a proportion of 1-3 kg per ton. It can not be directly added to the water. Open the circulation pump to start cycle cleaning. During cleaning process, if additional acid is needed, add the inhibitor according to the proportion.
