Guoxin's high temperature insert bearings are more durable than regular products. Their main features are illustrated as followed.

1. High Temperature Grease
Fluorin soap base grease is applied. Working temperature of regular insert ball bearing is ranging from minus 20 degrees Celsius to 120 degrees Celsius. Our high temperature insert bearing's working temperature reaches 200 degrees Celsius. 300 degrees Celsius is achievable if required. For details, please contact with us.

2. Internal Clearance
During production of insert bearing, inner ring, outer ring and steel balls are assembled together based on specific internal clearance. In high-temperature working environment, appropriate internal clearance plays an important role in compensating thermal expansion of the product's inside. FGJ's internal clearance standard for high temperature insert bearing varies with working temperature, which can be 200 or 300 degrees Celsius. The higher the temperature, the larger the clearance.

3. Silicon Rubber Seal
Most of standard insert bearings adopt nitrile rubber seal, which is the best choice for working environment with temperature ranging from 0 to 100 degrees Celsius. However, nitrile rubber will be damaged and split and then no sealed components will be left to maintain high temperature lubricating when the temperature exceeds 100 degrees Celsius. Silicon rubber seal is heat resisting and it is able to work under high temperature for a long time. It is also anti-vibration, anti-ozone and anti-sunlight. It can prevent external moisture from invading. Silicon rubber seal ensures good lubricating effect of high temperature lubricating grease.

4. Zinc-Coated Flinger
FGJ has two kinds of flingers used to ensure normal operation of silicon rubber seals. One is Zinc-coated and the other is not Zinc-coated. The purpose of the flinger is not only for protection of seal rings. It is also work as the first line of defense to protect steel balls and retainers from pollution. Standard flinger has protective effects in the beginning in high-temperature environment. However, it is likely to be corroded later, causing earlier quality issues of the insert bearing. Flinger used on FGJ rolling bearing has two prominent characteristics, which are heat resistance and abrasion resistance. Those features make sure that the bearing works smoothly and durably in high-temperature conditions.
