The liquid and paste filling machine comes with a filling head that can automatically suck up the materials to be filled. Therefore, users do not need to load the materials manually. Filling at a maximum speed of 50 bottles per minute, the liquid filling machine enables a filling accuracy of ± 0.5%.

Main Parts
The semi-automatic filling machine is made up of the filling head, air pressure switch for return stroke, air pressure switch for filling stroke, fill volume adjustment handle, air cylinder, and the foot switch.

Working Principle of the Liquid/Paste Filling Machine
The piston moves repetitively up and down in a straight line inside the air cylinder. This mechanical output can be directly used for sucking up and filling materials into the bottle. Various medium-viscosity pastes and liquid material are available to meet your diverse packaging needs.
