Our dump trucks integrate a large torque engine from Weichai company, a gearbox from Fast Company and a rear axle from Benz trucks for high gradeability. The rear axle has multiple speed ratios which can be adjusted to the type of work for more efficiency.
2. Reliable
We import parts from only the companies to produce reliable, safe, and long lasting dump trucks. The common rail power and fuel injection pump comes from the German company Bosch and the multi-position gearbox comes from Fast Company. Additionally, a cast steel axle manufactured with Benz technology improves reliability by 15%-25%, and Steyr axle improves reliability by 10% to 15%. For a high loading capacity, the chassis of the 12-wheel dump truck has been specially designed based on the working conditions of the National III dump truck and Benz technology.
3. Safe
a. The large bore steering gear of the dump truck makes for easy and safe steering.
b. A double pipeline hydraulic braking system and widened brake shoe makes the brakes durable and long lasting.
c. Braking efficiency is improved by 55% due to a unique exhaust valve brake, which also reduces the chance of brake failure on hills and slopes roads.
d. The possibility of rollover is reduced by 30% due to the low center of gravity, broad frame and wheel track and the span of the leaf spring.
e. The dump truck has a reliable suspension system and thickened leaf spring for strong torsion resistance.
f. In compliance with the EEC Laws and Regulations, the car body of the dump truck can absorb a large amount of kinetic energy to reduce collision damage.

Note
The dumping is done from the back of the container, whose size can be customized as long as the weight is less than 3% of the curb weight. The cab is dependant on the chassis. Bolted to the dump truck, the side and back protection devices are made of Q235 carbon structural steel. 5300mm high from the ground, the sectional dimension of the back protection device is 120×60mm. Additionally, the product is installed with tachographs.
