Powered by 2 motors, the asphalt mixer employs high-quality steel blades to prolong useful life and ensure good uniformity. The DJC-200 finished product warehouse is able to store 200 tons of asphalt concrete to meet different demands.
Features
1. The asphalt mixing plant is equipped with a variable frequency controlled, tilted belt conveyor for convenient aggregate conveying. The operator can increase or reduce the speed of conveyor in line with a selected formula, so as to adjust the output of aggregate.
2. To ensure smooth operation, every hopper is fitted with a non-discharging warning device.
3. The asphalt mixing plant are equipped with 2 types of burners for you to choose from, namely the domestic one and the imported one. Both of them support control in accordance with proportion. The burner fuel may be diesel, heavy oil or natural gas.
4. The dust collection device for the batch mixing system follows a modular design. With the high and low temperature protector, it is proud of large dedusting area and great effect. Our dust emission is fairly lower than national emission standards.
5. The mixing drum for this asphalt plant is made of manganese steel, since the material performs well in abrasion resistance and high temperature resistance. Therefore, our mixing drum comes with good ruggedness and high durability.
6. The installation of asphalt mixing plant will be under the on-site guidance of our specialized persons. In addition, we can provide relevant operation training, to ensure great safety.
