1. The horizontal twin shaft mixer for the stabilized soil mixing plant comes with small blade and high linear velocity. It can rapidly propel materials and uniformly stir materials with good stability, long service life and low maintenance cost. The operator does not need to replace the lining board. Driven by a single motor, the reduction gear contains some big gear wheels that provide synchronous drive for the mixer. The reduction gear does well in stable operation, impact vibration resistance, overload resistance and high durability.
2. This industrial mixing system features steady and sufficient water supply. Spray is applied to effectively reduce dust pollution and eliminate stabilized soil caking.

With great precision and easy operation, this stabilized soil plant is able to perform startup and shutdown process management, state inspection, failure warning, overload alarm, and low-voltage protection function.
