Multi-media Filter, Activated Carbon Filter
Mechanical filter is pretreatment equipment for ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, ion exchange and water softening. It can be used for the treatment of clean water, direct drinking water, municipal centralized supply water and recycled water.
According the filter media applied, mechanical filter can be categorized into silica sand filter, activated carbon filter, manganese sand filter and anthracite filter and multi-media filter.
Multi-media Filter
The multi-media filter is mainly used to remove large-particle suspended solids such as colloids and organisms from the water so as to make the permeate water less turbid. This filtration equipment aims to make its permeate water meet the feed water requirements for UF and RO. Feed water turbidity for our multi-media filtration device is allowed to be lower than 20NTU, while its product water turbidity can be lower under 3NTU.
This multi-media filtering equipment is mainly used for the turbid treatment of feed water, pretreatment for reverse osmosis, ion exchange and water softening and desalting system. It is also suitable for removing sands from surface water or underground water.

Activated Carbon Filter
As advanced water purification equipment, making use of the adsorption property of activated carbon, our activated carbon filter can effectively remove organic matters, colloids, silicon, residual chlorine, odor and heavy metal ions from water.
Our activated carbon filtering equipment is generally used for the pretreatment of reverse osmosis, electroosmosis, ion exchange and water softening. It is also suitable for the treatment of clean water, direct drinking water, municipal water and reclaimed water.
