Soft Waffle Baking Oven
The soft waffle baking oven plays a very important role in waffle production process, and it is adopted to heat up 75 pairs of baking plates by combusting fuel gases. So, it is also called a 75-mould baking oven or gas-heated baking oven.
Function
Our soft waffle production machine automatically spreads waffle batter on every baking plate, and bakes it until waffles are roasted and delivered to the next step by a chain conveyor.
System Configuration
1. A Mitsubishi PLC is employed to control our soft waffle baking oven, and it uses a PID controller to automatically regulate baking temperature. Additionally, the infrared temperature sensor is provided by Raytek.
2. Thanks to the Hakko touch screen, it is possible and quite convenient for operators to check running status and processing parameters of this waffle baking stove.
3. The running wheel bearing is SKF6305/VA201 which is specialized for high temperature applications, and the AC contactor is manufactured by Schneider Electronic (China). On the other hand, the main gear motor is supplied by SEW, while major pneumatic components are offered by FESTO.
4. Our waffle baking furnace is also equipped with 6 ventilation doors, 1 two-stage relief valve and 1 batter storage tank.
