The paper-plastic extrusion lamination line is mainly used to laminate plastic films over paper rolls to form paper cups, wrapping paper, and paper dishware. It employs three rolls to take the jobs of extrusion and lamination, thereby ensuring the lamination quality and long-term high speed operation.

This extrusion lamination system offers linkage and safety designs, and optimum combination of pneumatic and electrical devices. Magnetic particle brakes are used to control tension during winding and unwinding. Other desirable features include the clutch control device, and automatic deviation control during unwinding. The extrusion laminated film can receive a double-side corona treatment to ensure the final lamination quality.

2. Other heat and surface treatments received by the extrusion screw include quenching and tempering, and surface nitridation.
