Background
Acrylic is a clear plastic that will get deformed or even softened when heated, and this makes it pretty difficult to print images or patterns on acrylic. Moreover, traditional printers usually print images on the surface of substrates, and these printed images are very likely to be scratched off.
Solution
Our UV LED flatbed printer, as a UV color printing machine, perfectly solves the abovementioned problems, and makes it possible to print true-to-life images on acrylic. The LED lamp is a cold light source that almost generates no heat when working, and the oil-based solvent ink is able to penetrate acrylic to create clear 3D images that are particularly resistant to water and scratch.
