Tie Bar Bushes
1. Tie bar bushes are designed with high-performance graphite or MoS2 solid lubricant on basis of high-strength brass (ZCuZn25Al6Fe3Mn4). The solid lubricated bushes have broken through the limitation of those general bearings which depend on oil film for lubrication.
2. The bushing for injection molding machine allows solid lubricant to rub against axle through frictional heat when in use. It gives outstanding lubrication performance when oil and powder coexist. Then, axle can be protected from abrasion, and the characteristic of solid lubricant can be permanent. Both hardness and wear-resisting property of the tie bar bushes are twice as high as those of copper bushes.
3. Thus far, our product has been widely applied in injection molding machines and more. It is suitable for use at high temperature, high load, low speed and heavy duty, etc.
