Hydraulic Power Units
Overview
The hydraulic power unit provides incessant hydraulic power for offshore oilfield drilling rig and mining engineering equipment. This hydraulic power pack comes with a number of advantages, including wide adjustment range, easy regulation, high universality, etc.
Air and water cooling hydraulic stations are especially fit for desert and high-temperature regions as well as places requiring continuous working. The stations are featured by compact structure, easy operation and complete functions. Meanwhile, they are either motor or diesel engine driven.
More Features
1. Our hydraulic power unit comprises pump, radiator, electric heater and electric cabinet. All electric components are explosive-proof, well suited to desert, highland and ocean working environments.
2. In desert and high-temperature regions, hydraulic components make use of wind cooling radiator to guarantee that hydraulic oil maintains at 60°C-70°C for long-time running.
3. The hydraulic oil won’t easily deteriorate, and service life of hydraulic elements and sealing ring is effectively prolonged.
4. In low-temperature regions, our hydraulic power unit can utilize electric heater to pre-heat the hydraulic oil, thus ensuring normal start of power station.
5. Explosive-proof electric cabinet accommodates power supply of 380V and 50Hz for normal operation.
6. Explosive-proof level of all electric components reaches dII BT4, and protection level reaches IP54. Hence, our hydraulic power unit is applicable for oilfields and places with combustible gas.
