Housed Bearing Unit
1. The housed bearing unit is composed of a double sealed ball bearing and a casting (or steel-plate stamping) pillow block. Its internal structure is identical to that of a deep groove ball bearing. However, its outer ring has a spherical outer surface. Coordinated with a concave spherical surface of a pillow block, it can provide a self-aligning function.
2. As a kind of deep groove bearing, this product usually adopts a fastening screw, eccentric bushing, or an adapter sleeve to fix an inner ring on a shaft. Also, it can rotate with a shaft. The housed bearing unit is characterized by compact structure and easy assembling. It is often used in all kinds of machinery such as mining, metallurgy, agriculture, chemical, transport, etc.
1) The housed bearing unit with a fastening screw can be divided into extended inner ring UC type and flat-end inner ring UB type. It is suitable for changeable rotation direction applications.
2) Our product with an eccentric bushing is categorized into extended inner ring UEL type and flat-end inner ring UE type. It is ideal for unchangeable rotation direction applications.
3) The insert bearing with an adapter sleeve has an extended inner ring, and its inner bore is UK H type tapered bore. This product is perfect for use under conditions of changeable rotation direction and high rotational speed. It operates more smoothly than the other two types.

The housed bearing unit is designed with multiple structural styles including the vertical casting block type, square type, rhombic type, flanged round type, ring type, and the sliding block, etc. Other optional forms include the rhombic type, triangular type, round type, and the vertical stamping block, etc.
