Introduction
In regard to sole weight, heat conduction, compressive strength and water absorption rate, the rockwool sandwich panel is not better than EPS panel and polyurethane panel. However, its service temperature can be as high as 600℃. In addition, the panel is prominent with the A grade incombustible fire-proof ability. So, it is widely adopted as a typical lightweight structural insulated panel for buildings that ask for high level fire protection.

Characteristics
1. Excellent fireproof performance. Our rockwool sandwich panel is made of fine materials and with advanced technologies. It can withstand fires above 1000℃. It has passed the test that was carried out by the national professional organization, with the A fireproofing grade. This fireproof panel is completely incombustible.
2. Excellent thermal insulation performance. The performance depends on the thermal conductivity λ=0.043 W / m2 K, which is calculated according to the proportion thickness of rock wool sandwich material.
3. Excellent sound insulation performance. The panel spares no effect in preventing the transfer of noise. It is especially suitable for the specific area where has scheduled flights passing by. The sounds of rain and hail will also be lowered. According to ISO 717/82 and UNI 8270/7 standards, the panel with a density of 100kg/m3 is proved to achieve a sound insulation of RW=29-30 dB.
