YC-YD255(Q)
The YC-YD255(Q) gas shielded hardfacing flux cored wire adopts basic type slag system. Our gas shielded welding wire involves the utilization of 80%Ar and 20% CO2 mixed gases. This kind of hardfacing flux cored wire delivers stable arc, minimal spatter, great formation and balanced hardness.
This metal welding consumable is highly renowned for excellent resistance against abrasion and crack, as well as impressive rigidity and impact toughness. Therefore, this product finds its extensive applications in high rigidity back-up roller, agricultural tools and primary roll, etc.

Note
1. Clean up oil stains and rusts on surface.
2. 150-200℃ preheat is applied to components needed for surfacing.
