ER80S-G High Strength Welding Wire
The ER80S-G high strength welding wire is a 600Mpa high tensile Mn-Mo steel wire. Based on addition of Mo and Ti elements, our copper coated wire delivers prominent strength and toughness. Moreover, this filler wire requires CO2 or Argon-rich gas as shielding gas.
By utilization of this model of high strength welding wire, stable arc and low spatter can be achieved in all welding positions. Our product finds extensive applications in heavy duty machinery, containers, vehicles, ships and other high strength low alloy steels such as Q420 and Q390.
