The E71T-1JC/9JC gas shielded mild steel flux cored wire is born with exceptional mechanical properties. Impact toughness at low temperature of this low temperature steel flux cored wire reaches 100J at -40℃. Furthermore, our welding wire is highly recognized by its prominent wedability, stable arc, low spatter and fast slag release, as well as exemplary bead.
Additionally, this gas shielded mild steel flux cored wire comes with low diffusible hydrogen content which is less than 5ml/100g. Naturally, our filler material is highly applicable for welding in shipbuilding, offshore platform, bridge and low temperature steel structures.
