The E310-16 welding electrode is a kind of pure austenitic stainless steel rod coated by lime-titania. This Cr26Ni21 steel welding rod shows impressive resistance to oxidation at temperature ranged from 900 to 1000℃. Moreover, our welding electrode provides excellent wedability with utilization of AC or DC power source.

This lime-titania type rod has been widely applied to jointing of heat resistant stainless steel of same grade in high temperature environment, as well as dissimilar steel and chrome steel with considerable hardenability such as Cr5Mo, Cr9Mo, Cr13 and Cr28, etc.

Note
1. 1. Welding electrode should be preheated at 200-250℃ for 1 hour before welding.
2. Low current and short arc welding are suggested. Movement range is supposed to be controlled within 2.5 times of welding electrode diameter.
