1. Unique Design for Clean Purpose
The PE liquid shipping container liner is engineered with stainless steel flange and PP hollow bulkhead which can effectively prevent the growth of bacteria.

a. This bulk liquid packaging bag adopts high strength and wear resistant PP woven fabric to strengthen the inner bag, thus offering intensive protection to liquid cargo loaded in the bag.
b. LAF food grade liquid flexitank is provided with a mechanical thickened steel frame bulkhead which can assure the liquid products of double protection. That is tested by COA Railway Impact Test implemented in AAR (TTCI) test center. Specifically, the container equipped with this flexitank and bulkhead travels on railway loading 24,000L liquids. After being impact twice at 2G strength, both flexitank and container are intact.
c. This food grade flexibag completely complies with the standard of the latest edition of the COA Flexitank Code of Practice. All impact tests and results have been witnessed, verified and certificated by Lloyds Register.

Specially designed cam lock valve with a built-in suction proof pad ensures rapid and clean unloading with no need of human labor.
